Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the Customer Experience advocate. Drive Customer Centricity across Business.
  2. Ensure the Customer Experience is measured and improved according to the Business priorities.
  3. Define and follow-up the improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders.
  4. Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and preventive actions.
  5. Use digital and data analytics to measure and improve customer experience.

Functional Competencies:

1. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Quality / Design / Customer facing functions ( and / or )

2. Expert in quality tools / analytical tools.

3. High level of Data analytics and Digital skill.
