Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Controller located in Kerala, India. The Quality Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality control process, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, and implementing quality management protocols. They will also be involved in training staff and conducting regular audits to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Quality Control skills and experience in Quality Assurance
• Monitor hygiene and safety standards across production stages
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
