Job Description:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for understanding job corrections, resolving artwork issues. Your ability to communicate via email or chat effectively and professionally will contribute to the success of our qualityservice operations.

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients job brief, coordinate with India artwork team and get the work done quick and error free.
• Answer and respond to customer chats/emails courteously and efficiently.
• Update and communicate with customer about job status, artwork delivery, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve artwork issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Follow up jobs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Input and maintain accurate job and customer information in the database.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Understanding printing and prepress operations
• Ability to handle high volumes chats and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity customer support process.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
