We are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller for our food manufacturing/processing unit in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process food items, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality standards.
Monitor hygiene practices across the production area.
Conduct sensory evaluation, temperature checks, and product testing.
Maintain QC records, batch reports, and documentation.
Report deviations or non-conformities and coordinate with production teams.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shelf-life checks.
Assist in implementing and improving food safety and quality procedures (HACCP/GMP).

Qualifications

HSC / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Food Technology preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Food Quality Control (freshers with relevant education can apply).
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and QC tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
