Job Requirements:

• Photoshop Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including color management, retouching, and editing techniques.
• Quality Control Experience: 2+year of experience in quality control, preferably in a creative or production environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with creative teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and familiar with color management software and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Image Review: Review and inspect image files for quality, accuracy, and consistency, checking for issues such as:-
• Color accuracy and consistency
• Image resolution and sharpness
• Composition and layout
• Retouching and editing quality
• Quality Control: Check image files for technical quality, ensuring that they meet our specifications and requirements.
• Color Management: Ensure that all images are color-managed correctly, using our color profiles and guidelines.
• Retouching and Editing: Perform minor retouching and editing tasks as needed, using Adobe Photoshop.
• Communication: Collaborate with our creative team, providing feedback and recommendations for image improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools such as Photoshop actions, scripts, or plugins.
