To excel in this role, you should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, along with experience in Quality Management and conducting audits. A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is essential, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities. Effective problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, will be key to your success. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or Industrial Engineering is required.
