Quality Control Officer

As a Quality Control Inspector in the garments industry, your role involves ensuring that raw materials and finished clothing items meet the required quality standards throughout the production process. Your responsibilities will include: - Inspecting raw materials and finished clothing items for quality, consistency, and accuracy at various stages of production. - Conducting in-line inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. - Performing final inspections on finished garments, checking for defects, size, color, and labeling accuracy. - Documenting inspection results and promptly reporting any deviations or defects to the production team. - Collaborating with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. - Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining records of quality control activities. - Participating in quality development initiatives and continuous improvement projects. - Conducting audits of production processes and quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Communicating with suppliers and vendors regarding quality requirements and performance issues. - Staying updated on industry trends and changes in quality standards related to the garments industry.
