Job Description

Designation:

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for monitoring the process efficiency and quality of output in the plant and to recommend and implement initiatives to improve the same

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operational

Responsible for quality control and assurance at the plant in line with the corporate plan of HinCol
Network with key customers to understand the nature of complaints and customer issues related to quality
Co-ordinate with marketing on key quality issues related to customer complaints and assist marketing and operations resolve these issues in a timely and effective manner
Set standards for raw material and product quality in the plant
Select parties as auditors for QS systems
Serve as the Management Representative of QS 9000 System
Implement new management initiatives in Quality department
