Job Profile:

We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our injection molding operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in inspecting products, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance with quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of injection-molded parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects.
• Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
• Analyze production samples and document inspection results.
• Identify and report non-conformities, working with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within injection molding.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
