Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Inspector specializing in textile manufacturing processes, you will be responsible for conducting inspections at clients" premises, specifically in PSI/FRI and DUPRO inspections. Your primary duties will involve monitoring production processes at various stages to ensure adherence to specifications and identify any defects or irregularities. You will play a crucial role in identifying and categorizing defects such as weaving defects, printing errors, color variations, and stitching flaws. It will be essential for you to accurately record and document these findings for further analysis and necessary corrective actions. Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, which may include photographs, test data, and inspection reports, will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to prepare comprehensive reports summarizing your findings, trends, and recommendations to drive continuous quality improvement. Collaboration will be a significant part of your job as you work closely with production managers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent the recurrence of defects. Your active participation in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization projects will contribute to enhancing product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols governing textile manufacturing processes will be paramount. Upholding ethical and sustainable practices in all aspects of quality inspection will be expected from you. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
