Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector, located in Ludhiana. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing day-to-day inspections and quality control activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and conducting quality assurance processes. The role includes documenting inspection results, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with the production team to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Quality Control and Inspection skills
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to work collaboratively with the production team
• Relevant certification or degree in a related field is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with internal quality standards, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
• Work with the production team to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and improve product quality.
