Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector, your role involves ensuring that products meet standards through inspecting, testing, and measuring materials and goods. You will be responsible for identifying defects, documenting findings, and recommending process adjustments to maintain quality and safety. Utilizing tools such as calipers and gauges, you will check against blueprints and specifications throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect & Test: You will examine raw materials, in-progress items, and finished products for any flaws. - Measure & Verify: Using precision tools like calipers and gauges, you will ensure that dimensions match the specified requirements and blueprints. - Monitor Operations: Your tasks will include observing assembly lines to guarantee adherence to quality standards. - Document Findings: It is essential to record inspection results, defects, and any non-compliance issues that may arise. - Recommend Actions: You will be expected to suggest adjustments to production processes to prevent future errors. - Report: Communication plays a crucial role in this position, as you will need to effectively communicate quality issues to production teams and managers.
