Job Summary:

We are looking for B.Sc Physics graduates OR B.Com,Diploma to join as Quality Control and Customer Support Executives for our client, a leading manufacturing company. The role involves ensuring product quality, handling customer interactions, and conducting field visits for technical support and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspection and testing of products as per company standards.
• Record and maintain quality data and inspection reports.
• Assist in identifying and resolving product issues during production or after delivery.
• Provide customer support through calls, visits, and technical assistance.
• Perform field visits to client sites for product checks, feedback, and service support.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on quality and customer activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Sc in Physics ,B.Com,Diploma(Freshers or Experienced)
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of quality control methods or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Willingness to travel for field visits as required.
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email communication).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
