Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control of in-house mould components and moulded parts while maintaining ISO documentation and supporting post-moulding trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-house QC of mould components with precision.
Conduct layout inspections of moulded parts to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and maintain ISO documentation for quality assurance.
Generate and analyze post-moulding trial reports for improvement and validation.
Utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a quality role in the plastic processing or tool room industry.
Knowledge of moulding processes and component quality standards.
Proficiency in CMM operations is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
