Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

Conduct final inspection of materials to ensure adherence of quality standards ● Identify and raise NCR to address the issues for continuous improvement. ● Address quality issues of the customer ● Conduct vendor audit by visiting supplier locations to ensure quality standards compliance. ● Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions ● Performing PDI to verify product quality before dispatch ● Manage and track internal and external quality costs ● Inspect materials returned from sites to assess quality and compliance ● Inspect the home lift Kits for quality compliance with specified parameters ● Participate in process and product audits ● Perform fixture validation Skills: ● Proficiency in MS Office ● QMS and Product Knowledge ● Machine, Process Knowledge, and Material Handling Knowledge ● Problem Solving Skills ● Customer Handling Skills ● Root Cause Analysis Expertise Performance Criteria/KPIs ● Measure of in-process - Closure of CAPA % - No. of CAPA - Duration of CAPA closure ● Reduce overall cost of poor quality Qualification:- Must Have Diploma Mechanical Engineer Fresher Can Apply Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Quality Engineer: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
