• To take customer complaints - Receive customer complaints through various channels like phone, email and document the details into a complaint register/MIS/Software.
• Investigation and Analysis -Thoroughly investigate complaints by gathering information from customer, internal teams, and review the relevant record to understand root cause of the issue.
• Issue Escalation - Determine if complaints need to be escalated to higher management or other departments based severity and nature of the issue.Resolution Coordination - Work with relevant department to imlement solutions and corrective action to address customer concerns.
• Customer Communication - Keep customer updated on the progress of their complaint, investigation and provide timely resopnse regarding solution and submit the CAPA
• Trained Analysis - Identify patterns and recurring complaint to identify areas for process impeovement and prevent further issue.
• Reporting and Feedback - Generate regular reports on complaints volume, trends, resoltuion rates to inform decision making, policy department
• Policy Development - Contribute to development and improvement of customer service policies and procedure based on complaint analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
