Job Description

As a Quality Control Chemist at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all raw materials, in-process products, and final products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct various tests, analyze data, and collaborate with production teams to maintain product quality and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements. - Perform pH, viscosity, moisture content, titration, and other routine quality control tests. - Maintain accurate records of all test results and prepare detailed reports. - Monitor production processes to ensure quality consistency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Identify and report any deviations from quality specifications and assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues. - Implement and adhere to industry best practices for laboratory testing and chemical safety. - Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained as per regulatory standards. - Support validation and verification of new test methods and production processes. - Maintain detailed and organized quality control records, reports, and documentation. - Assist in the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals. - Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other compliance documentation as required. - Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and provide necessary corrective actions. - Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals. - Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with factory safety and hygiene protocols. - Train production staff on quality control measures and regulatory requirements as needed. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. - Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or chemical production environment. - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment. - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO regulations. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills. - Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to strict deadlines.,
