Quality Control Associate

As a Parts Quality Incharge at Talegaon Dabhade, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of various automotive components in both the exterior and interior of vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing and approving parts to meet industry standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will oversee the quality of components such as bumpers, lamps, garnishes, roof racks, moldings, cockpit elements, pillar trims, seats, interior trims, sealing parts, mechanisms, door regulators, and latches. Your knowledge of the part approval system, including ISIR, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan (CP), and FMEA, will be essential in maintaining quality standards throughout the production process. You will also be responsible for interpreting 3D scanning results related to the Trim System, conducting quality risk analysis, studying drawings, and confirming the quality of parts during mass production/SOP stages. Additionally, you will perform supplier process audits, evaluate and manage 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) aspects, control PPM (Parts Per Million), handle ECM (Engineering Change Management) and BOM (Bill of Materials), and ensure compliance with regulations for mass production cars (ARAI, ECE). Furthermore, your role will involve analyzing and managing field claims, as well as maintaining lot traceability for vendor parts. Your attention to detail, knowledge of quality management processes, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be essential in ensuring the overall quality and reliability of automotive components.
