Quality Control Associate

• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in content/video review, e-learning QA, or instructional content production, working in an EdTech or L&D environment.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command over both *Hindi* and *English* (written and verbal); knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
• Attention to Detail: A natural eye for spotting inconsistencies, misalignments, and quality gaps
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using review tools, video players, and screen-capture tools
• *Knowledge of E-learning & Animation*: Basic understanding of animation and e-learning content types (story-based, scenario-based, microlearning, etc.)
• *Learner-first Mindset:* Understands what makes content effective, engaging, and retention-worthy
• *Quick Learner & Collaborative:* Willing to adapt, learn, and improve based on evolving project needs
• *Work Ethic:* A mix of *hard work* and *smart prioritization*; someone who delivers consistently and efficiently
