Job Description

At Imperium Edutech, we design engaging and impactful digital learning solutions for corporates, NGOs, and academic institutions. We’re looking for a creative Instructional Designer who can bring content to life through innovative design and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and structure engaging e-learning modules, microlearning and blended learning programs.
Apply instructional design frameworks (Bloom’s, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to create impactful learning experiences.
Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and creative teams to design storyboards, scripts, and interactive content.
Ensure learning solutions are learner-centric, creative, and aligned with client objectives.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in instructional design (corporate training / e-learning).
Strong grasp of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and digital pedagogy.
Experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and visualization skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 08/09/2025
