Quality Control Assistant

The QC Assistant will assist in quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet medical device standards. This role involves routine testing, documentation, and supporting the senior QC team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. • Conduct visual inspections for defects, leakage, contamination, and labelling errors. • Support QC team in basic product testing. • Maintain QC logs, checklists, and reports as per guidelines. • Assist in cleanroom checks, gowning compliance, and hygiene monitoring. • Escalate non-conformities to QC Head immediately. • Ensure proper handling of measuring instruments & testing tools. • Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and factory SOPs at all times. Skills & Competencies: • Basic knowledge of quality testing (training will be provided). • Attention to detail and discipline in documentation. • Willingness to work in cleanroom environment. • Team player with learning attitude. Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma / B.Sc. (Science stream, Chemistry, Pharmacy preferred). • 2-5 years of experience (training will be provided). • Female preferable. • Same field experience preferred.
