Quality Checker

Job Summary:

We are looking for three Quality Checkers to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for monitoring the quality of parts produced by machine operators and ensuring work meets specified standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on manufactured parts as per the instructions given for each project.
• Inspect and measure part dimensions, either on all items or on a sample basis, at regular intervals.
• Log inspection results accurately and consistently.
• Update job work progress and current status using our custom Zoho Creator app.
• Coordinate with supervisors or engineers if any issues are identified.
• Follow quality protocols and maintain consistency in reporting.

Requirements:

• Ability to clearly understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking measurements.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments like vernier calipers or micrometers (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks reliably.
• Familiarity with mobile/tablet-based applications (preferred).
• Prior experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is an advantage but not required.
