Quality Check

As a Quality Check profile in the company, your role will involve ensuring that quality is maintained at every stage of the production process. This includes collaborating with suppliers, inspecting materials, documenting defects, and implementing corrective actions to uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections of incoming materials such as yarns and fabrics, as well as finished goods. - Identify, document, and report fabric defects accurately. - Ensure that quality standards are followed throughout all production stages. - Work closely with production and supply chain teams to address any issues and implement corrective actions. - Keep detailed and precise inspection records and reports. - Take part in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support the compliance with quality protocols to enhance customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Profile: - Education: High school (10th) or equivalent; however, a diploma in textiles or quality control is preferred. - Experience: 1-3 years in textile manufacturing, specifically with greige fabrics, warp-knit, or raschel fabrics.
