Quality Check and Reporting Manager

As a Quality Check and Reporting Manager in the E-commerce industry, you will be responsible for overseeing product quality assurance and data reporting to drive strategic decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, optimize processes, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining quality standards for all e-commerce products, conducting regular quality checks on inventory, returns, and shipments, and identifying defects to coordinate with suppliers for resolution. You will also be tasked with generating and analyzing reports on product quality, returns, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning. In addition, you will need to identify gaps in quality control processes, recommend improvements, and develop standard operating procedures for quality checks. Monitoring customer feedback and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction will also be a crucial part of your role. As a leader in this role, you will be expected to mentor the quality assurance team, conduct training sessions on quality standards and reporting tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. Your experience of at least 4 years in quality control and reporting, preferably within the e-commerce industry, will be valuable in successfully fulfilling these responsibilities.
