Job Profile: We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the testing of raw materials and finished products for our Food Products. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest product quality standards for our Food & Non-Food products through various lab testing, chemical testing, and micro testing processes conducted in our in-house facility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end quality assurance for food products (grocery, nuts, teas, butters, wheats, pulses), natural cleaners, and personal care products. - Conduct regular lab testing of raw materials as well as final products. - Supervise chemical and micro testing procedures to ensure safety and shelf life. - Maintain accurate documentation of all testing reports and quality logs. - Ensure compliance with the company's quality assurance protocols and hygiene standards. - Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly. - Establish SOPs for regular testing, calibrations, and preventive checks. - Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the lab testing space. - Identify root causes of quality failures and recommend improvements. Requirements: - B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in lab testing and quality assurance. - Proficiency in chemical and micro testing techniques. - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
