Quality Assurance Specialist - Industrial X-ray (Radiographer)

Role Description

Looking for a Radiographer. The Radiographer will be responsible for performing radiography procedures, ensuring radiation safety, and maintaining accurate records of radiography services. Day-to-day tasks include operating radiation equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, preparing procedures for test material, and producing high-quality radiography images. The Radiographer will work closely with other NDT professionals to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Experience in Radiography testing (mainly castings radiography),
• Knowledge of radiation principles and best practices
• Proficiency in operating radiation equipment and technology
• Understanding of radiography procedure and RSS (Radiography shooting sketch)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Certification of AERB or degree in Radiography Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
