Quality Assurance- Servicenow

As a Servicenow Quality Assurance professional at a global IT service provider based in Pune, your role involves creating and maintaining test cases/scripts for manual and automated testing. You will also be responsible for designing and developing automated tests in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) application. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners to design testing strategies, provide ideas for improving testing processes, and ensure high quality of software artifacts. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automated testing - Design and develop automated tests in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) application - Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to design specific testing strategies - Provide ideas to improve testing processes - Ensure high quality of software artifacts - Participate in agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements - Collaborate with the whole agile team, coach, provide guidance, and assist in upskilling colleagues for a cross-functional and agile way of working Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing in ServiceNow - Experience working in an agile software development and software quality assurance environment - Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and APIs - One or more ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem-solving skills, reliable and thorough personality, and a good sense of humor - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
