1) Sampling, analysis, status labelling of Packaging Materials, Medical devices and reporting.
2) To maintain packaging material inward register, Log books and records updated.
3) Preparation of Consumption Orders, Indenting of materials required, PM Specification updating in System, Onlin Proofing as and when required, & batch issuance to Production dept.
4) Entry on receipt of GIM in Inward register and sending of approved copy GIM to Warehouse.
5) Attending on line Trouble shooting and reporting to Section Head QAP.
6) Artwork, shade cards, Print proofs checking & final copy sending to Purchase Dept.
7) Products file updating, Sample for Approval entry log and sample sending to Production dept.
8) Instrument Calibration, i.e. Balance, bursting strength Tester Calibration etc. & record to be maintained.
9) Preparation of Chemical Solution as per requirements & record maintained.
10) Preparation GTP, Standard operating Procedure, Specifications, Worksheets for Packaging Materials.
11) Initiation of Change control, deviation, CAPA as and when required.
12) Primary Packaging Material Samples Sending to Outside Laboratory as per Specification.
13) Primary Packaging Material Control sample updation.
14) To ensure housekeeping of the Dept. including orderliness, Cleanliness, Proper and safe storage
