Job Title:

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. (Master's preferred)
  • Additional certifications in Quality Control or related disciplines are desirable.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years

    of progressive experience in Quality Control within the Ayurveda, food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership in managing QC operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Ayurvedic products and practices is advantageous.

Skills required

  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and regulations.
  • Effective leadership and managerial abilities to supervise the QC team.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with teams and authorities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing quality management systems.

Job Location : Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee QC department activities to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs and improve QC processes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to the QC team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage QC documentation and records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Guide and mentor, the Quality Control department of the Ayurveda plant, for expertise in defect identification and root causing, overseeing adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Review daily assessment of Inspection process and direct the staff for immediate actions on the Inspection controls to prevent and work towards zero skips from each Quality gate.
  • Periodic assessment and review of the Inspection methods and tools to upgrade and achieve next level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor and track customer complaints and product returns, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories for product testing and analysis as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in manufacturing processes
