Job Description

1. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA):

Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, packaging, and filling activities.
Monitor critical process parameters and environmental conditions during manufacturing.
Review batch manufacturing records and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
Identify deviations and non-conformances, and initiate CAPA actions.
Conduct in-process checks for weight, thickness, hardness, fill volume, and appearance.

2. Quality Management System (QMS):

Manage documentation for deviation, change control, OOS, OOT, and CAPA.
Ensure timely review and revision of SOPs, batch records, and quality manuals.
Participate in internal audits, vendor audits, and self-inspections.
Support implementation of ISO, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain records for product quality review (PQR) and stability studies.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

Review and maintain GMP-related records and logs.
Verify and control issuance of documents and labels.
Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory teams for audit readiness.
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, AYUSH, and other applicable guidelines (for nutraceuticals/herbal).

4. Training and Continuous Improvement:

Conduct or participate in GMP and quality-related training sessions.
Assist in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
