Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Officer (12N25), you play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Your responsibilities include monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the company's final products to meet established quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the production team, management, and other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines to enhance product quality. - Conduct regular audits and inspections ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. - Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive action plans to resolve them. - Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality protocols are understood and maintained. - Analyze quality performance metrics and present reports to management for review. - Train and support staff on quality assurance processes and best practices. - Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance operations and procedures. - Evaluate returned products for defects and origins of quality failures. - Assist in investigating customer complaints and product returns to identify root causes. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards of sourced materials. - Partake in quality improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration projects. - Ensure testing equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accuracy.
