Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Analyst 1, Officer

Role Overview: As an Officer, Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Analyst 1 at Citi, you will be part of the Risk Management organization overseeing risk-taking activities and independently assessing risks and issues. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining the enterprise risk management framework to consistently identify, measure, monitor, control, and report material aggregate risks. You will be responsible for performing monitoring and testing of controls to strengthen risk management quality. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework and the underlying fundamentals on Risk Management - Support in performing monitoring reviews in alignment with PRCM principles - Conduct end-to-end monitoring and testing of controls as per Risk Management policy - Participate in strategic initiatives for control performance enhancement - Attend Control Design Assessment (CDA) meetings - Engage in leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes for proper risk and control addressing - Identify monitoring/testing breaks and suggest enhancements - Assist in creating and maintaining reports for control tracking and analysis - Identify risks across the business and propose cross-functional solutions - Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls - Good knowledge in the development and execution of controls - Experience in control-related functions in the financial industry - Experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes - Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices - Understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures - Good analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at the senior management level - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Additional Details: At Citi, you will have access to programs and services for your physical and mental well-being, expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy, resources for financial well-being, learning and development opportunities, generous paid time off packages, and resources for volunteering in communities worldwide.
