Role & responsibilities

• Model Lead for field quality improvement.
• Warranty Management, RSA Monitoring.
• Warranty performance data analysis
• Knowledge of Warranty failure system like IPTV, CPV, Warranty claims, Warranty Process
• Accountable for integration of internal and external deliverables supporting program milestone dates.
• Manage the field return parts received from the after sales.
• Warranty MIS Management, RSA Monitoring and management reporting.
• Responsible for warranty performance data analysis and outlining potential risk to team members.
• Preparation of warranty MIS & analysis on weekly basis
• Tracking and monitoring of failed parts analysis received from dealership.
• Simulate the field return parts on the vehicle / test rig to confirm the defect.
• Analyse the warranty parts received to determine the failure.
• Monitor engineering and manufacturing failure analysis efforts to ensure accurate root cause determination, process improvement, and exceptional customer response.
• Identify the containment actions and implement with support of concern agency.
• Validate and monitor the countermeasure and provide correct feedback to SQE / Supplier.

• Planning and Management of relevant warranty area.
• Critical issue (Observations) sharing to Quality & Escalation.
