Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience in ERP testing to ensure the seamless functionality, integration, and performance of ERP systems across modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and workflows within ERP environments, along with basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of ERP systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflows.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, ClickUp).
Ensure the ERP system aligns with business requirements and supports cross-functional processes.
Participate in end-to-end testing across integrated systems and interfaces.
Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases of ERP projects.
Assist in developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, scenarios, and reports.
Gain hands-on exposure and contribute to automation scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar (basic level).
Recommend improvements in test processes and contribute to QA best practices.
