Job Description

ob Purpose / Summary

To develop, maintain and manage the organizations DIBA manual / policy documents including guidelines on diversity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, anti-discrimination, and equal-opportunity policies.
Ensure that DIBA policies are up-to-date, accessible, clearly documented, and communicated across the company.
Work with HR, leadership, and relevant stakeholders to enforce and embed DIBA practices throughout the organizations operations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, update and manage the DIBA Policy Manual / Owners Manual capturing definitions, scope, procedures, reporting mechanisms (for harassment/discrimination), accessibility guidelines, complaint resolution process, accommodations, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HR, leadership and all departments to ensure that DIBA guidelines apply across hiring, onboarding, promotions, performance reviews, training, workplace accommodations, and employee lifecycle.
Conduct periodic reviews of DIBA policies ensuring compliance with local and national laws (e.g. disability laws, anti-discrimination laws) and internal organizational values.
Facilitate DIBA-related trainings, awareness sessions, and communications to educate employees about the manual and their responsibilities.
Serve as a point of contact for DIBA concerns: manage reports of discrimination/harassment/inaccessibility, ensure investigations or resolutions, and maintain confidentiality and fairness.
Monitor and report DIBA metrics: representation, accessibility, grievances, resolution outcomes, feedback, and recommend improvements.
Recommend updates to company practices (recruitment, workplace design, facilities, communication, policies) to enhance inclusion and accessibility.
Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, equity and belonging across the organization.
