Quality Assurance Intern

The Quality Assurance Intern position in Ahmedabad requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the quality and reliability of products/services by identifying issues, conducting tests, and recommending solutions. As a QA Intern, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new or updated software, products, or processes. This includes performing manual and/or automated testing and identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations, is essential to ensure quality at all stages and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Participation in process improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices, analyzing root causes of issues, and assisting in implementing preventive measures are key responsibilities of this role. Additionally, preparing and maintaining detailed QA documentation and reports is crucial. This is an internship position with a contract length of 6 months located in Ahmedabad.
