Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardgoods projects including Home Dcor, Candles, Kitchenware (Serveware, Cookware, Cutlery).
Ensure laboratory readiness for accreditations and smooth, effective operations.
Review and control lab systems to guarantee timely project execution and delivery with zero customer complaints.
Conduct seminars and training sessions as requested by branding teams or clients.
Review new enquiries, assess business potential, and drive capability development.
Finalize training materials ensuring quality content and preparedness for training delivery.
Implement new test methods or processes as required.
Play an active role in sales activities focused on maintaining and growing key accounts and exploring new business opportunities.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in metal and wooden furniture; experience in buying houses preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) with Textile or Mechanical specialization preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalto liaise effectively with buyers and sellers.
Expertise in the field with solid computer literacy.
Proven team leader with willingness to travel as needed.
Good understanding of product development and production processes.
