HIH - QA & Testing Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in joint testing efforts focused on interfaces and data exchanges between Gen AI solutions, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for Gen AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Validate Azure OpenAI LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, fairness, and bias using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Test AWS-based data pipelines for data integrity, transformation accuracy, and performance across scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end testing of APIs and microservices integrating AWS data sources, Azure OpenAI LLMs, and HR systems.
• Conduct regression, performance, security, and compliance testing to ensure robustness of AI solutions.
• Document test results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for HR system integrations and business-critical workflows.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective and identify risks early.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing involving ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR platforms.
