Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive / Engineer Location: Kanpur Experience: 3 to 5 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive/Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with CNC and VMC machines, and a solid understanding of quality systems and tools such as 8D, CAPA, Control Plans, and Quality Plans. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is essential. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards. Perform root cause analysis using tools like 8D and prepare CAPA reports. Develop and maintain Control Plans, Quality Plans, and inspection procedures. Handle inspection and testing activities for products made using CNC and VMC machines. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits. Maintain and improve the quality management system documentation.
