PFB the JD: Position is responsible for conducting Internal Audits of Labs/CCs and follow up for the closures of non compliances. Managing proficiency testing programs of Pathkind Labs. Preparing Labs for various Accreditations like NABL. Preparing safety policy for Pathkind labs. Position is responsible for prompt response to queries on quality issues Training of lab/CC/Sales staff on Quality Systems. Co-ordinate External audits of Labs and follow-up for closure of non compliances. Report all Quality related incidents immediately to the appropriate authority for Corrective Action. Reviewing Validation data of Pathkind Labs and guide labs on CAPA wrt instrument validation if required Any other responsibility other than mentioned above given in the benefit of the organization.
