Job Description

Role Overview:

Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for IoT-enabled cooling systems
Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards
Monitor customer feedback and support resolution of quality-related complaints
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or testing
Familiarity with ISO standards and QA methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Experience in climate tech, HVAC, or IoT-based systems is a plus
