Quality Assurance Engineer – Robotics Systems

Job Description:
Join our engineering team as we scale our robotics solutions for premier enterprise customers in Japan. We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help test physical and virtual robots, automate API and system-level tests, and improve QA processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review system specs and define test cases
• Create and maintain test plans
• Execute test plans on hardware and simulated environments
• Track defects and generate bug/test reports
• Implement and improve QA processes
• Automate testing for robotics systems

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in software Quality Assurance, individually contributing
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience with manual and automated test cases involving software-hardware integration
• Proficient with Python/C++ testing frameworks and Linux ecosystem
• Expertise in test methods including BDD/TDD and regression testing
• Agile and SCRUM experience
• HTTP API testing

Preferred:

• Knowledge of HWIL, ROS, simulations, embedded systems basics
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Pytest, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
• ISTQB certification
• Japanese language proficiency
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
