As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to understand project requirements, identify potential issues, and execute test cases to validate system functionality. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Execute test cases to identify software defects and report them in a clear and concise manner. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product reliability. Utilize tools such as Selenium WebDriver and write XPath expressions for automated web testing. Experience with Ranorex is an advantage, enabling you to efficiently automate tests and increase productivity. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar frameworks to validate backend services. Use JMeter to perform load testing and analyze system performance under various scenarios. Participate in the identification and resolution of software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Document test results and maintain detailed records of testing activities. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing. Qualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech (Preferred Mechanical / Electrical) Desired Skills: 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong knowledge of XPath and experience with Selenium WebDriver for web automation testing. Familiarity with Ranorex is an advantage. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman. Knowledge of JMeter for load testing and performance analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
