Responsibilities Ensure end-to-end product quality through functional and non-functional testing , including regression, performance, load, and security validation. Design and execute test cases, automation scripts, and performance benchmarks across web, API, and device layers. Develop data entry automation for product demos, test environments, and performance tuning. Conduct manual exploratory testing and detailed analysis by use-case and workflow. Apply insights on UI/UX testing , usability, and accessibility based on customer experience and behavior. Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or k6 . Conduct security and vulnerability assessments using OWASP ZAP , Burp Suite , or equivalent tools. Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues. Participate in CI/CD pipeline testing , automation integration, and release readiness validation. Must Have Skills Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) , Agile QA , and Defect Management processes. Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium , Playwright , Cypress , or Postman/Newman for API automation. Knowledgeable in build and deployment pipelines and managing test environments for releases. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control systems like Git . Ability to translate application use-cases into test scripts , scenarios, and automation workflows. Proficiency in writing test plans, sanity reports , and executing production validation . Exposure to performance testing tools (Apache JMeter, k6, Gatling) and security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite). Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines . Nice to Have Skills Working knowledge of Linux , Bash scripting , and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience with Oracle 19c / SQL / RDBMS for data verification and backend testing. Familiarity with UX testing tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, Hotjar, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across global teams.
