Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting, building upon, and complying with company quality assurance standards. You will maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, you will document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits. Your role will involve developing improved standards for production and design, and creating testing protocols for implementation across all service lines. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and taking action to ensure companywide compliance. Pursuing continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills will also be a part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and overseeing product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables - Assisting operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs - Investigating reports of product quality issues and ensuring resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements - Developing or updating procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints - Monitoring risk-management procedures, maintaining problem logs, and reporting issues to managers and product developers - Providing training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools - Superb computer skills, including database management - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management - Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA Preferred skills and qualifications include: - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field - Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it - Fluency in more than one language Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, the Pharma Industry, Microsoft Excel, and quality control. The work location for this role is in person.,
