Quality Assurance Analyst

You will be joining Flynaut LLC, a prominent digital innovation agency that specializes in developing mobile apps, websites, and web applications. As a skilled Freelance QA Tester, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our digital products maintain the highest quality standards. This role necessitates meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our development and project management teams. Your duties will encompass various aspects of testing across different platforms: **Mobile App Testing:** - Thoroughly test applications on Android and iOS platforms. - Verify cross-device compatibility and performance on diverse mobile devices and operating system versions. **Website & Web App Testing:** - Conduct testing on websites for functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Validate web applications for performance, security, and usability. **UI & UX Testing:** - Evaluate user interfaces to ensure alignment with design specifications and deliver a smooth user experience. - Detect and report UI/UX inconsistencies and propose enhancements. **Functional & Integration Testing:** - Perform functional testing to confirm that all features operate as intended. - Execute integration testing to validate interactions between different modules and systems. **Test Case Execution & Scenario Testing:** - Develop and implement positive and negative test scenarios to cover all edge cases. - Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all functionalities. **Defect Tracking & Reporting:** - Identify, document, and monitor bugs using defect sheets and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Deliver clear, concise, and detailed defect reports to the development team. **Team Coordination & Communication:** - Work closely with the development and project management teams to comprehend requirements and exchange testing feedback. - Participate in regular meetings to present updates on testing progress and any encountered issues. **Requirements:** - A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA. - Proficiency with Cypress or Playwright for API/e2e automation. - Experience in API automation testing utilizing tools like Postman. - Sound understanding of manual testing principles and test documentation. - Working knowledge of Cucumber and Gherkin syntax for BDD. - Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Basic grasp of version control systems (Git) and CI tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Ability to interpret and comprehend API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).,
