Quality and Industrialization specialist

As a Production Specialist in Industrialization and Quality, your primary responsibility will be to define and pilot the adapted Indus plan based on the products" stakes and risks. You will be required to drive INDUS players and enablers to adhere to the INDUS Steps and ensure the development of suppliers" Indus autonomy. Reacting promptly to difficulties and creating conducive conditions for making decisions with stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Your Technical skills on the products/process perimeter will play a vital role in achieving 100% deliverables and requirements. It will be essential for you to detect any unacceptable situations in your supplier's Quality, process & HRP, and implement immediate actions to address them. Implementing control plans within your perimeter and homologating your product for a new production launch will be part of your daily tasks. As part of your responsibilities, you will plan Quality, Process, and sustainable development assessments in your supplier panel. Identifying, controlling, and projecting suppliers" industrial capabilities will be essential for maintaining a robust supply chain. Ensuring industrial solutions at each project step and exploring new process solutions to optimize your process/perimeter will be key in enhancing efficiency. Your experience in Polymers, Polymer Products, and molds will be valuable in managing the industrialization step to guarantee a stable and reliable process before mass production commences. Making suppliers autonomous and continuously improving their performance in Quality, Sustainable development, and Process will be critical to meeting organizational goals. Overall, as a Production Specialist, you will play a significant role in driving industrialization and quality processes, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement in supplier performance.,
