Quality Analyst(Automation/Manual)

About the Role As a Quality Analyst at RoboMQ in Jaipur (Rajasthan), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to meet business needs and enhance the product experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and defining product requirements, documenting user stories and workflows, managing UAT, and supporting partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and managing feature and defect backlogs, as well as participating in agile teams and daily stand-ups. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and define product requirements based on business needs - Document user stories, specifications, and workflows - Manage UAT and validate product features using Jira - Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development and testing phases - Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms - Track and manage feature and defect backlogs effectively - Participate in agile project management and daily stand-ups Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role - B.Tech degree with relevant technical exposure - Proficiency in SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Git - Familiarity with UI automation testing, with preference given to experience with Selenium - Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Workday - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Experience in Agile project management methodologies,
