Job Description: As a Quality Analyst at RoboMQ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and defining product requirements from business needs, documenting user stories, specs, and workflows, managing UAT, collaborating with engineering teams, supporting partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms, tracking and managing feature and defect backlogs, and supporting agile teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and define product requirements based on business needs - Document user stories, specifications, and workflows - Manage UAT and validate product features using Jira - Collaborate with engineering teams during development and testing phases - Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms - Track and manage feature and defect backlogs - Support agile teams and actively participate in daily stand-ups Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role - B.Tech degree with relevant technical exposure - Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools such as Jira & Git - Exposure to UI automation testing, with preference given to experience with Selenium - Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Workday - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Experience with Agile project management (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
