Quality Analyst(Automation/Manual)

Job Description: As a Quality Analyst at RoboMQ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and defining product requirements from business needs, documenting user stories, specs, and workflows, managing UAT, collaborating with engineering teams, supporting partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms, tracking and managing feature and defect backlogs, and supporting agile teams.
