Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate voice & non-voice interactions as per quality parameters.
Identify process gaps, errors, and non-compliance issues.
Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance.
Maintain quality reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
Conduct calibration sessions with internal teams to ensure scoring consistency.
Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4-6 months of experience in QA/Quality Monitoring.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of MS Excel
